Meet the "Creators" (or borrowers if you want to get technical...see the Credits for details )
Hi. I'm Jennifer Hanni.
After graduating with my Bachelor's from Kansas State University, I dove head first into teaching with a job at Riley County High School, where I taught Senior English, Dual-Credit English Composition, Freshman English, Yearbook, Newspaper, and Broadcasting (yep...had no idea how to edit video). I taught and coached volleyball and track at RCHS for 4 years, and during that time began dabbling with curriculum and educational technologies. In 2009, my family moved a little to the east and I began teaching Freshman Language Arts at the Seaman Freshman Center, and my love for technology integration and curriculum writing grew big enough that I decided it was time to explore other avenues of the education world. I earned my master's degree in Educational Leadership in May of 2012, and started my first administration job in August as the principal of Scranton Attendance Center, a 3rd & 4th grade building in the Santa Fe Trail district. Although it's been less than a year, I've kept plunging into the education reform world and working with teachers to find ways to enhance the learning of all students through solid curriculum, technology tools, and relationships. I hope you enjoy this site!
